Edlio Webpage Information

EDLIO

Required: Teacher/ EA's are required to update their Edlio web pages each year. I have created a couple of videos to help you complete this task. We would like this to be completed as soon as possible.

Teachers can ALSO register for the Edlio Self Paced Course in Performance

Matters Section 15009!!!!

Here is what is required:

Update Photo- Please choose a recent School Photo or PROFESSIONAL looking photo.
You can find the school's professional photos that have been taken since 2017 on the CGE 2019-2020 Faculty One Drive if you email me, I can get you the photo. NEW TEACHERS and EA's will need a photo uploaded until we have photos taken.
Update your profile- Look for Name, Title and Position make changes and save
A welcome page or BIO- Please have a welcome page that is updated with correct grade and bio that matches your story for 2022.

Edlio Photo and Profile HOW TO

Here's how to access your EDLIO account:

On any device pull up the CGE webpage.

SCROLL to the very bottom of the page.

Look for the LITTLE white text that says:

CLICK LOGIN

and login with your MICROSOFT OFFICE ACCOUNT ( RCS email and password)

Once logged in to your EDLIO TEACHER page you will see a DASHBOARD PAGE:

You will start by setting up your PROFILE and adding your PROFESSIONAL picture!!

Look for the black BAR and your ACCOUNT and Drop down.

OPEN ACCOUNT and CLICK PROFILE

Hover over WHERE the photo belongs. A Pencil will show up. CLICK the pencil.

Drag or SELECT Photo from the Device you are working on! (PHONES work great for this!)

Once selected CROP and move the box around to fit your pic.

and SAVE.

Profile PIC Updated!

Next Edit Profile:

Click the Edit Profile BUTTON

Check Name

Check Position/ Grade Level

SAVE at Bottom

You have now updated your PHOTO and Profile!!!

NEXT: Update BIO on your landing PAGE.

Edlio Teacher Welcome Page- District Expectation:

· Each teacher must have an Edlio Welcome Page with links to Clever, Skyward, and Office 365 (portal.office.com)

· Please remove ANY links that may say DISTANCE LEARNING - This is on a lot of pages but not all.

A Sample:

Welcome Timberwolves to ____ Grade!

Check your grades regularly through Skyward using your assigned username and password. If you need assistance with your login information, email or call our attendance office [email protected]

Use Clever to access assignments in Kiddom.

You can access your Office 365 account by clicking here, the username and password are the same as your computer login at school.

Add PAGE TITLE: WELCOME to ______________

at bottom ADD button.

ADD CONTENT BOX

It will open like a WORD DOCUMENT .

You can copy and paste or type in the box.

WHEN DONE CLICK SAVE!
