Windows Windows Windows 10 install your printer how to make your screen stay awake longer check it often and see the Windows 10 learning series here's how to add your printer copier to you are new Windows 10 device hey guys so this is my desktop and I'm going to show you how once you have Windows 10 you can totally go in and add your own friend so if you've been having issues with your copy codes or errors at The copier then we're going to show you how you can fix that and how you can install a printer when you don't even have one installed so we're going to start at the Windows 10 screen down here and I'm going to type in printers and it's going to come up printers and scanners I'm going to click on it once I see printers and scanners I'm going to scroll down I see devices and printers once I see it if you have a Canon networked copier here in the school you're going to see it here now if you have it and you've been having issues with your copy codes going in or not working and you're wanting to fix that here's how you do it you don't need me or David to do that anymore so I'm going to use mine as an example to where's my copier I'm going to click in the corner a toolbar will come up if I want to add it g was burning whatever but right now I need to remove that device before I can reinstall the new device so I'm going to remove that device it's going to say are you sure and I'm going to say oh yeah so now that that's gone I need to add my copier so I'm going to come up and add a printer I'm going to go to the printer that I want is not listed because you're going to get every printer in the whole County so I'm going to click there I'm going to select here under the bubble and then this is really important take note you have to do backsplash facts that backsplash cge Dash ATM and then another backslash when you do that code backslash backslash - 80 M backslash then it you're going to see the copiers so you have to decide on my a hundred whole copier or 200 Hall cop or you might be in office copier so if you're a hundred hall or a 200 Hall you need to install both left and right you'll have to do both doing the same exact thing so I'm going to do the off copier so I'm clicking it and then I'm saying next once it says next it's going to pop up a box that says connecting to the Canon copier it might take a little longer the first time then second time you do it it's going to go real fast just like you just saw I'm going to go to next and there it's already there and ready to go for me I can even print a test page right from there and I can finish now once my Xavier is married it's not going to look the same as it was dead so here I am on my Canon copier and I'm going to right click I'm also going to go to my printer properties because start up my copy code I'm going to go to device settings starting down here and my PIN for secure print I can click in there type my PIN and then I want to make sure that I do not have to confirm they okay and apply now you can also come down here and some of us might see that often under this settings not the settings W but the settings you're going to want to watch on Netflix confirm Department because you don't want to have to do that every time put in your copy code twice to say okay and okay and now you should be all set to print which is so fantastic so now Shear if you're in a different hallway because you are a teacher in a different hallway then you can change your copier that easy so that it's how you install your copiers Happy Coffee
