Spectrum Theme for 2017-2018
Our yearly theme is Systems. We are doing many units that have elements of systems. We will do science, math, social studies, reading, vocabulary, and writing units throughout the year. We have already started to explore systems. We have already discussed what a system is, and how there are many types of systems. We are discussing weather systems, heat, and mechanical systems this first nine weeks. It is important that students understand how things are connected together. Your child has a binder in our classroom that we will keep all of his/her work together. If you have questions about a particular assignment, please ask.
