good morning Cedar Grove students teachers faculty and staff welcome to the best school in the state of Tennessee we are so glad you were here today please pause for a moment of silence thank you now for the Pledge of Allegiance I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all and now for the Cedar Grove Creed we the people of cedargrove pledge to be caring respectful and responsible as we learn and Achieve together we're so glad you were here today it is Friday and we are so so so excited that you are here on the day before our big spring break is happening have an amazing plans even if it's just a rest and relax now down below you're going to see our house chance so if you know your house is and your teachers will let you do your house chance we want to thank everyone who helped decorate our motivational posters these posters were hung all over the lobby and the cafeteria to help remind it's sometimes we just need encouragement sometimes we just need a big old pep talk speaking of a big old pep talk here's one from kids just like you you have to say it Remax Android karaoke why did people think of you is no big deal I just made Hello Kitty mom I think happens when you get stung by apps for house cleaning stuff you can do everything you don't need to be good at everything and sometime call Transformers I never see you sometimes you can be a just take a deep breath you got to believe you one more thing perfect perfect doesn't exist Just As You Are see kids just like you telling you all about how amazing you are just to be you and that things are always perfect sometimes were frustrated sometimes we make mistakes and guess what it's okay those mistakes or what help us grow and sometimes we forget mistakes help us because it can't be so frustrating to make mistakes but that's how we learn in our brains get bigger because of it as we are starting to get ready for the big test we want you to make sure that you're thinking about how those mistakes are really helping us grow so we need to have a growth mindset here at Cedar Grove so that way we can grow and do really big things so thank you to all the classrooms for helping us remember that believe in your dreams you are pictures you are and that you can do big hard things we want to say a big big big thank you to all everyone who do books for the big book sale yesterday was our big book sale in you guys cleaned up we were able to raise so much money that we haven't even been able to count it yet so we'll get you a total next time that we have announcement and will let you know how much money we actually raised to give back books to kids who really need it we hope that you're going to get to take your and read them over spring break and enjoy them so much here's some pictures that we took from the book sale so happy and everyone got books they came to the book bear amazing job everyone happy happy birthday we know you're going to be great the day is going to be special cuz it's so great let's do some amazing birthdays I had to put my glasses on for this one so that way break America Ogilvie in Miss Kay's class Julie piche in Miss boards class Dylan Garcia die in Miss 10 class Camilla Hernandez and Miss Point sets class Daven Turner Malik in Abby's class and Jason suji in mr. ehlers class then before we come back we have Azul open Rodriguez and Miss Lamaze class Danny Vega and Miss Gentry's class Dominic proteins and Miss Point sets class and Aiden here as in Miss Stewart's class hey everyone we are so excited to celebrate you now let's celebrate some very special birthday is over spring break for Sims teachers and staff awesome happy birthday on the 26th Miss craft and kindergarten on the 27th happy birthday Miss Keisha new who is Keisha missing Keisha she's one of the most important people in this building she takes care of us and now we're saying happy birthday to you on the 30th Miss blackhurst in first grade happy birthday on the 31st Miss Dozier inclusive room happy and April 1st right before we come back Miss Swope and kindergarten Dumber something birthday happy birthday everybody spring break is on its way we are so close I can almost get you guys you have just two days to get through and then we have an entire week of spring break so do not I repeat do not come to school next week because we're all going to be on spring break but when we get back from spring break we have something very big to tell you about and that is Spring Carnival Spring Carnival will be on 47 that's the 7th of April and so when you come back we are family Carnival night on that Thursday doors are going to open at 5:20 and from 5:30 to 7 you were going to get to have fun going all around the building Cedar Grove students having it amazing time at Family Carnival night so make plans with your family because it's going to be amazing and we can't wait to have a great time learning prizes eating good food and haven't I'm playing games we can't wait that's after spring break see you there today though 325 it is Friday it is b.j. on related arts schedule there is also data team meeting today so if you know you're going to be there or we'll see you there it's also house Friday today and it's eslp the end there will be no third grade e s l from 8:40 to 9:40 so that's what's on the agenda for today I don't think I've mentioned it enough but we are jumping spring break spring break will be in next week March 28th through April 1st so do not come to school next week it is spring break today is the day have a wonderful day everyone make it a great day or not the choice is absolutely yours Happy Spring Break
